Attendee Policies

  • Mandatory use of registration name badges will be enforced for admittance to all conference, meals, sessions & exhibit hall.
  • Registrations will not be processed until payment is received.
  • Attendee Cancellations: A request for a refund must be written and postmarked or emailed no later than March 1, 2025. No refunds after March 1, 2025 . But you may send a substitute.

There is no online registration for exhibitors. Paper only.

Payment must accompany this form--we do not invoice for exhibitors.  

All Exhibitor badges include lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. 

Banquet Tickets: Purchase separately when you fill out your exhibitor paperwork.

Each class is one hour

1. Name of class
2. Name of and full contact information of Presenter(s)
3. No more than 5 sentences of what attendees will learn (preferably no more than 3)
4. Does this apply to water, wastewater or both

 Very important to answer all items above

I will let you know December / January if there is space for the class. I must accommodate all of the government entities first (EGLE, EPA, USDA, etc). Priority is given to classes that cover both water and wastewater.
