SDWA: A review of the SDWA from A-Z.  Covering the essential items that apply to water operators and water operators in charge.  It will review the responsibilities placed on the operator in charge of water systems and provide the information needed to help them keep their water system in compliance with the SDWA rules and regulations. EGLE Requirements and Relationships:  Review of  the duties of an operator/operator in charge that are regulated under the SDWA.  It will go over submissions to EGLE, violations, public notices, consent agreements, sanitary surveys and site visits.

Payment/Cancellation Policy: Payment is expected prior to class. Cancellations must be requested at least 3 business days prior to the start of the class or your registration fee will be forfeited. If you cancel least 3 days prior to the start of class, the full amount may be refunded. You may send a substitute attendee.
